Journey to Our New Temple

Journey to Our New Temple

St. Nicholas is an Orthodox parish in Jackson, Tennessee. Together, we are making space for our parish family to grow in faith, fellowship, and service.

Why, what, and how.

Together, we are making space for our parish family to grow in faith, fellowship, and service.

Why

ROOM to grow

An expanded temple will give us more room to worship, teach our children, welcome visitors, serve our neighbors, and pass on the Orthodox Faith for generations to come.

What

The Building Fund

The Building Fund supports planning and construction of a larger temple and expanded parish spaces needed to serve our growing Orthodox community in Jackson, Tennessee.

How

Prayerful giving

Each household may prayerfully choose an amount to give toward the Building Fund in addition to—not in place of—their regular almsgiving to the parish.

Light the Lampada.

Help us pay off the remaining $35,000 mortgage before the interest rate increases. Whether large or small, every faithful and consistent offering brings us closer to becoming debt-free.
